I purchased a pure milk charm with a strand of my darlings hair. I was very nervous sending away her first lock of hair, however, I am so, so glad I did! It is absolutely stunning and such a wonderful keepsake. I was also very pleased that all the leftover milk and hair was sent back to me. I had a breast milk charm made to celebrate 6months of breastfeeding/expressing for my daughter. It is a special piece of jewellery for me as its also a reminder of our NICU journey. It was a simple process with the pack you can order to send your inclusions back to put in your jewellery. You also get an email when your order has been updated (recieving your inclusions and when it is made and on its way to you) and communication is easily made (I used Facebook a couple of times with a couple of questions before I had my piece made and heard back very quickly).
